Q. What kind of
connection do your servers have to the internet?
A. Our NOC which houses our servers are online with Frontier
Global Center® via their OC12 fiber optic cable. FGC is a Tier
1 provider which also provides Internet bandwidth to Yahoo®,
Netscape®, and Ebay®.
Q. Do you offer web
design services?
A. We offer several design options. For do-it-yourself types,
we offer the Site Builder and website templates. Additionally, we also own
Web
Design By Tara, which provides full web design services.
Q. I live outside of the
US, can I host my site with you?
A. Certainly! We welcome customers from all around the globe
and to support that fact, our control panel comes in four
different languages!
Q. Once I order
hosting how long will it take for my service to be up and
running?
A. Within 24 hours you
will be able to start using your control panel.
Q- How can I maintain
my billing info, web stats, scripts, guestbook's , email
accounts, and all other hosting features?
A. We provide you with
your own control panel, which allows you to access your info
and account 24 hours a day.
Q. What if I'm late
paying my bill?
A. All accounts have a 48 hour grace period. After 2 days your
account incurs a $5.00 fee. After 5 days the account is
suspended and a $10.00 suspension fee is incurred. We have a
very strict payment policy, however if you need an extension
and you have a good credit history with us, we will be happy
to work with you from time to time.
Q. What happens if I
don't pay my bill?
A. If you do not contact us or reply to our collection
efforts, your account will be deleted.
Q. How do I contact
Billing?
A. Our Billing Staff is available at
billing@southernwebhost.com,
24 hours a day.
Q. How can I pay my
hosting fees?
A. Currently, we
accept visa, mastercard, echecks, and balance transfers via
paypal. Paypal is our payment gateway which processes our
charges.
